Animist Psychotherapy
The core of nature therapy is about arriving completely at your center.
I design a one-on-one support tailored to you, your issues and needs, so that you have the opportunity to explore yourself in depth, come closer to developing your potential, find direction in life and allow the self-healing power within you to develop. To this end, I offer you different experience spaces, so that you can get closer to your inner essence, your inner nature in a holistic way, in different ways. This way, healing, clarity and inner strength can show all by themselves. Nature and animist approaches often feel different because they engage more than the thinking mind. They invite us into relationship—with our bodies, emotions, imagination, the natural world, and the deeper patterns of life.Rather than focusing solely on symptoms or problems to solve, these approaches explore what our experiences might be asking of us. Nature offers a direct, embodied experience of connection, while animist perspectives invite us to find meaning, guidance, and belonging within a living, interconnected world. For many people, this shift—from fixing to relating, from isolation to connection, and from analysis to direct experience—can make the therapeutic process feel more profound, meaningful, and transformative. My approach integrates psychotherapy, ecopsychology, animist perspectives, nervous system regulation, herbal wisdom, ritual, and nature-based practices. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, it invites healing through relationship—with the body, the senses, the imagination, the natural world, and the deeper patterns of life.RELEASE. RECONNECT. Limpia
Flower Bath
There are moments in life when we carry more than we were meant to hold. Grief. Loss. Confusion. Stagnation. Heavy energy that lingers in the body and spirit.
This 2-hour ritual is an invitation to lay it down.
Before we meet, we will have a conversation, to understand the deeper intention behind your journey. From this, I thoughtfully prepare a personalized herbal tea, choosing plants that can gently support the root of what is asking to be seen, felt, and transformed. We open the ritual with your personal power tea. You will be invited to write down what you are ready to release, creating a clear intention for the ritual ahead.
Supported by Reiki, Access Bars, gentle bodywork, and intuitive holding, we soften into the wisdom of the body and allow what is ready to move to begin its journey. Together, we then walk the land in reverence, meeting the plants as allies rather than resources. We listen, observe, and ask permission, harvesting only those that wish to support your cleansing. This becomes a beautiful practice of remembering our relationship with the living world and the medicine that surrounds us.
The plants are then prepared into a sacred herbal bath, which is poured over your head and body, washing away stagnant energies and nourishing the new. You may wear swimwear if that feels most comfortable. To complete the ritual, I cleanse the space with smoke, sealing the work and creating room for what wishes to enter.
We close with tea, reflection, and integration—honouring any visions, messages, emotions, or insights that arose, and anchoring the energy you are calling into your life.
COST >> This offering is rooted in support and care. I believe that healing should be accessible to everyone, especially during these challenging times.
My intention is to be of service, regardless of the size of your wallet. If this ritual resonates with you, I invite an open conversation about an exchange that feels fair and accessible — honouring both the value of the work and your current financial reality.
Together, we can find an arrangement that feels supportive for both of us.
Silent Element yoga
I am a yoga teacher for Tantra Hatha Yoga. I offer a nonverbal, ritual-based yoga practice that combines movement, music, and the effects of plants. The sessions are intentionally conducted without spoken instructions and are guided by demonstration, visual cues, and a musical journey. The focus is on intuitive movement, somatic awareness, and inner alignment. It is about embodying the felt essence of the plant introduced. This creates a space where participants can move from thinking to experiencing, intuitively and experiencing a deep connection to themselves, their bodies, and nature.
My lessons are very connected to the elements and the earth, because I believe we need to connect more to that world within, that is the same like outside. So we begin to see how we are the earth, not separate. With this inner remembrance and awareness we can finally appreciate our own bodies and the planet as well. The plants are not the focus, but rather gentle companions that can deepen the experience on a physical and emotional level.
In my sessions, I blend the ancient wisdom of yoga with the natural world around us. I teach Elemental Yoga, where we invite the energies of earth, wind, fire, and water into the practice. I offer different sessions with each elements. The wind flow is guided trough some breathwork and activating movements, where we connect to the wind, supported by some smudging, dedicated to our visions. For the element of fire, the session will be activating as well and about inner activation of the fire energy, dedicated to ignite our passion and purpose. The water flow will be guided with flowing smoothing movements where we feel into our liquids and waters inside, making emotions move and flow inside of us. This session will be supported by refreshing essential oil water sprays. The earth session, we flow into an earthy atmosphere guided with herbs, we immerse ourselves in the healing powers of plants. I will introduce each lesson a new herb with a short introduction in the beginning of the spirit and use of the plant. We let the plant spirits guide our movements. Herbal oils enhance our practice, nurturing our bodies and spirits as we flow through each pose with intention and grace. We become one with the natural world around us. Embodying the strength of trees, the stability of roots, and the groundedness of the earth beneath us, we reconnect with our primal essence. This session is dedicated to our roots and ancestors.Through this embodiment, we find balance, resilience, and a deep sense of belonging. This format is suitable for all levels and offers a calm, immersive, and slowing-down alternative to traditionally guided yoga classes. PRAYER DANCE
The Ritual Prayer Dance is a profound ceremony that combines movement, ritual, and prayer to unite humanity with the natural world. It is a reminder to free ourselves from inner limitations, to alchemize old, stagnant energy into new, vibrant energy for the greater good of the earth and its inhabitants. We are invited to release pain and suffering through movement and energy transformation.
The Dance opens with a powerful moment of intention-setting and prayer. Participants are invited to reflect inward, setting a personal and collective intention for themselves and for the earth—a reason for dancing. This intention serves as the guiding force for the entire ceremony, uniting all in a shared purpose of healing and transformation.
To deepen the experience, the space is blessed with sacred herb smudging, infusing the air with purifying energy. This ritual cleanses the mind and spirit, allowing participants to release distractions and enter a state of focus and openness. As the smoke rises, it creates a bridge between the physical and spiritual realms, supporting the dancers in grounding and connecting with the earth. With their intentions held firmly in heart, the participants are guided into a journey through movement, offering their bodies and spirits as a prayer for the world. Each step becomes a manifestation of their hopes for the earth and for themselves, transforming the energy within them and channeling it into the planet’s healing.
Through the sacred smudges, music, and the shared intention of all, the dance becomes a powerful ceremony—each movement carrying the collective prayer, each breath connecting with the heartbeat of the world. As the ceremony progresses, participants continue to honor their intentions, giving their energy and spirit to the earth.
The dance ends in a moment of stillness and spoken words of a collective prayer, as all are invited to feel the balance and healing within themselves, united with the elements and the earth.
„Listen, bow down to the earth. Feel your roots. down. where you belong. Listen to the silence and you will know.“
